Maggie Allard is a physician entrepreneur who brings decades of lived experience and expertise in clinical medicine, population/public health, healthcare operations, program development and team building to re-imagining systems and innovating solutions across healthcare, behavioral health, social services and public health towards effective, efficient and equitable care delivery. Solutions focus on connected community health in rural, Medicaid and high disparities communities.
Formerly, an internist and population health specialist caring for complex populations in resource-challenged settings for 25 years. Serial director/med director and serial intrapreneur, launching over twenty programs, community health assessments and initiatives for healthcare, government, community and faith-based organizations. Non-profit co-founder, lending to women-led businesses primarily in Kigali, Rwanda. Former board member for grassroots and faith based organizations. Mentor to students from high school to post-docs and to start-ups in the primary care/health tech space.
