HAE & HUWIB Innovation Fellowship Information Session

HAE & HUWIB Innovation Fellowship Information Session May 11th

RSVP

Harvard Undergraduate Women in Business is an undergraduate women’s program that strives to empower and unite a dynamic group of over 600 enterprising young women at Harvard through business education and experience. With 9 sub-committees and 14 executive board positions, the members of HUWIB develop programming that introduces aspiring business leaders to a diverse range of business opportunities.

HAE is partnering with HUWIB for a first annual 6-8 week summer innovation fellowship that will bring students together with alumni to provide students with an opportunity to contribute to innovation based projects. For alumni, this will be a great opportunity to have young, talented and bright students contribute to crucial company projects.

By offering this fellowship, we hope to:

Provide HUWIB students with real experience working for startups or VCs across different functions.

Provide HAE entrepreneurs and investors with an opportunity to have young Harvard undergraduates bring their fresh minds and ideas to their business.

Create networks across undergraduates and alumni.

Increase and strengthen the presence of HAE & Alumni Companies with undergraduate students.

We are looking for 10 alumni who are willing to provide stipended projects and mentor 10-20 students this summer. Alumni will be required to dedicate 1 hour per week to mentor students throughout the fellowship.

Examples of projects include, but not limited to: coding a website, create a social media marketing plan, propose a new item launch, create industry deep dives for a VC, draft up due diligences, create a simple financial model or tool.

To learn more, and apply to host a Harvard Woman in Business please RSVP and attend the information session on May 11th 7pm via Zoom.
