Today, it has become a household name in global finance for investing to generate social and environmental impact alongside a financial return.

Paule is the Director at Rothschild & Co Asset Management Europe, Head of Wholesale Business Italy and Head of Spain. She is a Councillor and member of the Executive Committee at the British Chamber of Commerce for Italy. In addition to a Master’s degree in Industrial Organization Engineering (Deusto University, Bilbao), Paule holds a Master in Business Administration (International School of Management, Milan) and a Master in Corporate Sustainability (Il Sole24Ore Business School, Milan). Paule holds the level 4 Full Certificate in ESG Investing.

Francesco is the Secretary General of the Italian Sustainable Finance Forum and a Board Member of EUROSIF. Since the 1990s he has been a promoter of ethical finance and has managed microcredit and social finance organisations. He was vice-president of FEBEA (European Federation of Ethical and Alternative Banks), Co-Founder of Banca Popolare Etica, Program Coordinator of UNDP in Brussels, and UNDP Chief Technical Advisor in Lebanon. Francesco is widely published on sustainable finance and international cooperation. He is a PhD graduate in political and economic geography from the University of Padova.

Leslie is the President of Green Century Capital Management, focusing on the firm’s investment strategies, business development, and impact investing program. The Green Century Funds have experienced 570% growth under her leadership. Ms. Samuelrich has more than 25 years of experience in ESG investing, corporate engagement, and environmental and public health advocacy. Her comments have appeared in The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, the New York Times, Responsible Investor, Barron’s, and many other outlets. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Forum for Sustainable and Responsible Investment (US SIF) and the Advisory Board of the Intentional Endowments Network. She is a guest lecturer on impact investing at The Wharton School and annually presents at dozens of national and regional industry conferences and events. Leslie was selected as one of the “43 World-Changing Women in Conscious Business” in 2020. She holds a BA in Economics from Boston College.
