Boards: Trends, Challenges, and Opportunities is a four-part series that addresses what it takes to position yourself as a valuable Board Advisor.

This session focuses on the value of advisory board structures for start-up businesses and how the less formal nature of advisory board services provides tangible benefits to newly-launched companies not yet ready for a traditional board of directors.

Learn how board advisors can help ventures avoid early-stage failure caused by gaps between concept and market acceptance; plus what compensation set-ups can be put in place that work for cash-constrained start-ups as well as for advisors who want to help a new venture succeed and get compensated for the win.
