Tshering Tobgay is a Bhutanese politician, environmentalist, and cultural advocate who was the Prime Minister of Bhutan from July 2013 to August 2018. Tobgay is the leader of the People's Democratic Party and was also the Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly from March 2008 to April 2013. Former Prime Minister Tobgay is a graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School.
