It is with great excitement that we launch the Hong Kong Chapter of Harvard Alumni Entrepreneurs with an amazing inaugural event featuring Professor William Kirby of Harvard University & Harvard Business School, and Stephanie Hui, leader of Goldman Sachs’ corporate private equity investment activities in Asia & global co-head of the Growth Equity Business within the Asset Management Division.

We will be discussing Mega-Trends in Hong Kong and the Asia-Pacific region from a historical perspective and what we can anticipate in the future. Come join us on a journey exploring the various factors influencing where markets and industries are heading and why. This is the first in HAE Hong Kong’s inaugural series that will feature industry leaders from around the region and all over the world.

William C. Kirby is Spangler Family Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School and T. M. Chang Professor of China Studies at Harvard University. He is a University Distinguished Service Professor. Professor Kirby serves as Chairman of the Harvard China Fund, the University's academic venture fund for China, and Faculty Chair of the Harvard Center Shanghai, Harvard's first University-wide center located outside the United States.

Stephanie Hui is a partner at Goldman Sachs. She leads the firm's corporate private equity investment activities in Asia and is global co-head of the Growth Equity Business within the Asset Management Division. She is also on the Board of Advisors of Launch With GS, Goldman Sachs’ $500 million commitment to invest in companies and investment managers with diverse leadership.

Stephanie is a member of the Board of Governors of the China Venture Capital and Private Equity Association, the Board of Directors of Save the Children Hong Kong and Honorary Trustees of The Women's Foundation. She graduated from Harvard College and received an MBA from Harvard Business School.
