Mike Richardson has over 20 years of experience as a coach, facilitator, author, and keynote speaker in peer forums, Collective Intelligence, and agility. Previously, he led high-tech aerospace businesses, including heading the aerospace division of a British public company. Mike is passionate about fostering Collective Intelligence and agility in the C-suite.
Philip Guarino brings over 25 years of C-suite experience across more than 50 countries. As an accomplished executive, entrepreneur, and advisor, he has a proven track record of leadership and innovation. Based in Paris, Philip serves as a Board Advisor in the US and Europe, partnering with founders in the technology and consumer goods sectors. Passionate about entrepreneurship, he is a Global Board member of Harvard Alumni Entrepreneurs and is the Chairman for HarvardAE in Europe.
Philip leads the Global Executive Forum for REF, a monthly peer forum designed for global executives. A graduate of Harvard College, Philip also holds an MBA from Wharton. With a multicultural background—US, Italian, and Argentinian—he has traveled to over 130 countries.
