AUSTIN MILLIKEN is the Co-founder and Managing Member of Aureate Capital, specializing in advisory and capital-raising services for early-stage companies in cannabis, fintech, crypto, and entertainment. With 20+ years of experience in trading, asset management, and financial advisory, he has held roles at Cannapreneur Partners, Tamalpais Asset Management, and Parallax Fund. PETER DOLCH is a tech entrepreneur with over 30 years experience founding, launching, advising and funding startups. 2X on the Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Company list, founder of numerous startups across three continents, ran a successful early-stage venture fund, and is Chair of the MIT Sloan Club of NY. An MIT graduate, Peter has worked with 30+ startups, sold $120M in services, founded venture accelerator AEON Foundry, and co-founded medtech startup Biospectal. His expertise spans fintech, healthcare, climate, enterprise SaaS, and B2C, among others.
JED WEINER is a corporate attorney with expertise in finance, M&A, and governance. Head of Corporate Practice at Mei & Mark LLP, he has worked at Cravath and Simpson Thacher and held in-house counsel roles at Tunnel Hill Partners and Brady Corporation. With experience across industries like manufacturing, energy, and software, he advises startups and private equity firms. Weiner, a former Navy intelligence officer, holds degrees from NYU Law, Oxford, and Columbia. He also serves as Vice Chair of the ABA’s FinTech Committee.
