Eligibility criteria
Open to all for-profit ventures founded by Harvard alumni.
Ideally a strong founding team and ready to scale their businesses.

Clear traction and momentum.
Customers, IP, LOI, Revenue, Pilots, Initial Product, etc.
CEO + at least 1 other founder fluent in English.
Solo + nonprofit founders are not eligible.

Application Evaluation
Is the idea original? Is it a new concept?

Does the company have a clear competitive advantage? Is there a barrier to entry?
Is the customer acquisition model clear & validated? Are revenue growth & capital efficiency attractive?
Is this the right team to execute the plan?

Program Structure
Commitment
6 hours per week for 10 weeks
Weekly Sessions Mondays 11 – 2 ET, Wednesdays 11 – 2 ET
CEO/Founder + at least 1 senior-level member participation required
Onboarding, weekly sessions, peer mentoring sessions
Commitment to working with Lead Mentors – at your convenience
Participation in workshops highly recommended
