Our Mission

The Harvard Alumni Entrepreneurs (HarvardAE) is a community dedicated to advancing innovation and entrepreneurship by alumni from all thirteen Harvard schools. Through our Chapters and global initiatives, alumni are offered support, resources and connection to peers, mentors and experts to help grow their ideas and succeed.

We are a 501(c)3, volunteer-run, Shared Interest Group of the Harvard Alumni Association. Since our beginnings in 2000, HarvardAE has served as a meeting place for entrepreneurial alumni, students, faculty and staff from all of Harvard's schools.

We are unique among Harvard’s alumni organizations - in global reach, diversity, inclusion and academic degrees. HarvardAE is the only university-wide, alumni-driven organization focused on entrepreneurship officially recognized by the Harvard Alumni Association.

HarvardAE is financially self-sustaining and does not receive any funding from Harvard University.

The most important opportunity available we offer is the HarvardAE membership itself. Join HarvardAE and you join an extensive network of both aspiring and accomplished entrepreneurs.
